Since joining the fire service, I have noticed a ongoing shift in the attitudes of firefighters and leaders of today’s fire service. Our goal is to bring fire service leaders (present and future) the information you need to do your jobs with efficiency and professionalism in order to continually move the fire service forward in the 21st century. We can learn from each other and our experiences and by having frank discussions about the headlines in today’s news.
